Have you ever wondered how you get a beautification award? How a neighborhood is selected for a block award, or who determines who gets a holiday lighting award? It's easy. You decide. You simply nominate a friend or neighbor for an award and the Beautification Commission does the rest!

Each month the commission recognizes residential, commercial, and rental properties, gives out Coneflower Awards, selects one city block annually for the Block Award, and selects decorated properties for Holiday Display Awards from nomination forms. Do you know of worthy nominees? If so, please fill out a nomination form and return it to: Ferndale Beautification Commission, c/o City of Ferndale DPW, 521 East Cambourne Road, Ferndale, MI 48220.
