If your group is planning a special event, please use one of our Special Event Application Packets.

• Application to Erect a Structure on City Property - For events of less than 100 attendees who want to erect any kind of structure, such as moonwalks in City parks
• Small Special Event Application Packet - For events anticipating fewer than 500 participants
• Special Event Application Packet - For events anticipating more than 500 participants
