A. Consideration of Resolution authorizing the
2003 Sidewalk Replacement Program and to proceed pursuant to the
special assessment process

All items listed under Consent Agenda are
considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one
motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a
Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the items will
be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the
Regular Agenda.
A. Approval of the Minutes of the Special
Meetings held February 10, March 3, March 6, 2003, and the Regular
Meetings held January 27, February 10, February 24, March 12,
March 24, 2003, as submitted by City Clerk.
B. Adoption of Resolution approving Ferndale
Education Foundation’s request for obtaining a charitable gaming
license, as submitted by City Manager.
C. Adoption of Resolution adopting Automated
Clearing House Policy, as submitted by Assessor/Treasurer.
D. Adoption of Resolution to add delinquent
accounts receivable to the July, 2003 Tax Roll, as submitted by
City Assessor/Treasurer.

E. Approval of the bills, payrolls (as
certified by City Manager) and City Attorney expense statement
submitted by Howard Shifman, P.C., to be paid subject to review by
the Council Finance Committee.
