A) Consideration of CDBG application; Subrecipient Agreement
with Oakland County and to reprogram funds from Program Year 2003
5) Call to Audience (Strict half-hour; excess of half-hour
immediately prior to Call to Council)
6) Consent Agenda
All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by
the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no
separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or
citizen so requests, in which event the items will be removed from
the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the Regular Agenda.
A) Approval to transfer 2003 Tavern licensed business in escrow
from 2080 Walnut Lake, West Bloomfield, MI 48323, reclassify
Tavern license to Class C license, new SDM license to be held in
conjunction, New Sunday Sales Permit and New Official Permit
(Food) and cancel requests for New Dance-Entertainment and New
Outdoor Service Permit to be located at The French Gourmet, Inc.,
23421 Woodward, Ferndale, MI, as submitted by Police Chief.
B) Approval to host the Winter Tale event on the sidewalks in
downtown Ferndale, December 11-14, 2003, and related requests
regarding unenforced parking, as submitted by DDA Manager.

C) Approval of the bills, payrolls (as certified by City Manager)
and City Attorney expense statements submitted by Howard Shifman,
P.C., and Beier Howlett, P.C., to be paid subject to review by the
Council Finance Committee.

B) Consideration of proposal and contract for assistance in
completing Vulnerability Assessment and Emergency Response Plan
