All items listed under Consent Agenda are
considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one
motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a
Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the items will
be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the
Regular Agenda.
A. Approval of the Minutes of the Special
Meetings held September 22, and October 13, 2003, and the Regular
Meetings held September 22 and October 13, 2003, as submitted by
City Clerk.
B. Adoption of Year 2004 City Boards and
Commissions meeting calendar, as submitted by City Manager.
C. Approval of the contract with SMART for the
Specialized Services Operating Assistance Program Third-Party
Contract for the period covering October 1, 2003 to September 30,
2004, and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the
Contract, as submitted by Recreation Director.
