4. Consent Agenda
All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered
routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There
will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council
Member or citizen so requests, in which event the items will be
removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the
Regular Agenda.
A. Approval of the Minutes of the Special Meetings
held December 8, (prior to the Regular Meeting) and December 8,
2003 (following the Regular Meeting) and the Regular Meetings held
November 24 and December 8, 2003, as submitted by City Clerk.
B. Approval to refer the 2000 International Fire
Code to the Ordinance Committee for review and recommendation, as
submitted by Fire Chief.
C. Approval to submit DTE Energy Tree Planting
Grant Application and approval of 50% match requirement, as
submitted by DPW Director.
D. Approval to schedule a Public Hearing on
Monday, January, 26, 2004, at 7:30 p.m., regarding vacating of
alley between Rosewood and Vester, north of Nine Mile and east of
Hilton, as submitted by CDS Director.

E. Approval of the bills, payrolls (as certified
by City Manager) to be paid subject to review by the Council
Finance Committee.
