routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There
will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or
citizen so requests, in which event the items will be removed from the
Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the Regular Agenda.
A. Approval for Council to request the Plan
Commission to consider the rezoning of a portion of Garbutt Park, as
submitted by CDS Director.
B. Adoption of Resolution of Appreciation for
Senior Services Volunteers, as submitted by Senior Services Director.

C. Approval of the bills, payrolls (as certified by
City Manager) to be paid subject to review by the Council Finance
Committee.
