5. PRESENTATION Ferndale Chamber of Commerce Monthly Update

 

6. Call to Audience (Strict half-hour; excess of half-hour immediately prior to Call to Council)

7. Consent Agenda

All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the items will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the Regular Agenda.

A. Approval for Council to request the Plan Commission to consider the rezoning of a portion of Garbutt Park, as submitted by CDS Director.

B. Adoption of Resolution of Appreciation for Senior Services Volunteers, as submitted by Senior Services Director.

C. Approval of the bills, payrolls (as certified by City Manager) to be paid subject to review by the Council Finance Committee.

A. Consideration of future status of City-Owned properties on West Oakridge

B. Review of MDOT M-1/M-102 Study

C. Consideration of request to place Charter ballot question regarding Employees Retirement System on November, 2004 Election

D. Consideration of METRO Act Unilateral Right-of-Way Telecommunications Application and Permit with SBC

E. Consideration of Bid and Agreement for Street Pavement Repairs/Resurfacing

F. Consideration to award Installment Purchase Contract for 2004 HVAC Financing and authorization of related documentation

G. Consideration of FYE 2005 Budget Adjustments

9. Call to Council

10. Adjournment

D. Approval of letter to be sent to Mr. Bolton at ES&S regarding IRV compatibility, as submitted by City Clerk. (6-10 CM told Sharon that he would let us know if he did a letter and also 6-14-04 Regular Council Meeting, Council directed staff to do follow up on costs, including Secretary of State and vendors)
