A. Consideration to adopt Resolution regarding the Brownfield Plan for the property located at the existing Clark School site

All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the items will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the Regular Agenda.

A. Adoption of Travel Resolution authorizing attendance at the NLC Conference to be held November 29 - December 5, 2004, in Indianapolis, Indiana, as submitted by City Clerk.

B. Receive the Police Department Report for September, 2004.
