presented by Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT)

half-hour immediately prior to Call to Council)
6. Consent Agenda
All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered
routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There
will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council
Member or citizen so requests, in which event the items will be
removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the
Regular Agenda.
A. Appoint a Representative and Alternate to the
Board of Trustees of the Southeastern Oakland County Resource
Recovery Authority (SOCRRA), as submitted by City Manager.
B. Approval for the City Clerk’s Office to
resume the annual administration of the Business Registration
Ordinance, with the City Attorney to draft the appropriate
amendment to the Business Registration Ordinance, as submitted
by City Manager.
C. Approval of the bid from Spiritech, Inc., for
installation of surveillance cameras at the Withington parking
lot to monitor the City’s commercial solid waste compactor, as
submitted by DPW Director.
D. Approval of emergency repair charges to
replace the door on the City Hall’s elevator, as submitted by
DPW Director.
E. Adoption of the Resolution recognizing June,
2005, as Gay Pride Month, as submitted by Councilman Covey.

F. Approval of the bills and payrolls (as
certified by City Manager) to be paid subject to review by the
Council Finance Committee.
