A. Receive the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the 43^rd District Court and the Ferndale Association of Court Employees for the period covering July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2007, as submitted by Labor Attorney.

B. Adoption of Social Security Number Privacy Act Policy, as submitted by Finance Director/Assistant City Manager.
