the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no
separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or

A. Receive the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the 43rd
District Court and the Ferndale Association of Court Employees
for the period covering July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2007, as
submitted by Labor Attorney.
B. Adoption of Social Security Number Privacy Act Policy, as
submitted by Finance Director/Assistant City Manager.

C. Approval of the bills and payrolls (as certified by City
Manager), to be paid subject to review by the Council Finance
Committee.
