All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the items will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the Regular Agenda.

1. Adoption of the Resolution for a Charitable Gaming License for Ferndale Youth Assistance, as submitted by the City Manager.
2. Approval of the quote from Detroit Door and Hardware Company to install new security lock system at the Police Department, as submitted by DPW Director.
3. Approval to schedule a Public Hearing to be held Monday, February 13, 2006, at 7:30 p.m., regarding vacating the alley located at 152 and 162 Wordsworth and 137 Channing, as submitted by the CDS Director.
4. Authorization of payment to AllCourt, Inc., for repairs to the Kulick Community Center gym floor, as submitted the Recreation Director.

5. Approval of the bills, payrolls (as certified by the City Manager) and City Attorney expense statements by Halefi, Staran, Hallahan, Christ & Dudek, P.C., to be paid subject to review by the Council Finance Committee.
