1. Authorization for the City Manager to implement pay adjustments for Non-Union Administrative Staff for FYE 2006 and FYE 2007, as submitted by City Manager.

2. Approval of Tentative Agreement with Local 3120 for FYE 2004 through FYE 2008, as submitted by the Finance Director/Assistant City Manager.

3. Adoption of the Resolution authorizing Oakland County to apply on behalf of the City for Local Unit Certifications-Computerized Tax Roll Application, as submitted by City Assessor/Treasurer.
