- Consideration of Resolution adopting levy of Taxes,
Water/Sewage-Disposal Rates and Solid Waste Fees for Fiscal
Year 2006-2007
- Consideration of proposed Tax Rates and appropriate
L-4029 Form
- Call to Audience (Strict half-hour; excess of half-hour
immediately prior to Call to Council)
- Consent Agenda
All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by
the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no
separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or
citizen so requests, in which event the items will be removed from
the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the Regular Agenda.
- Receive information regarding implementing a program to
charge user fees for deployment of public safety services
for motor vehicle accidents and to refer matter to the City
Attorney for review and recommendation, as submitted by
Police Chief.
- Authorization to allow Parking Meter Repairman to issue
parking violation citations, as submitted by Police Chief.
- Approval of License Agreement to utilize St. James
Community Center as Polling Location for Precinct 6, and
authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to sign
Agreement, as submitted by City Attorney.
- Approval to schedule Public Hearing on Monday, May 8,
2006, at 7:30 p.m., regarding Special Land Use Application
submitted by the Terra Land Group L.L.C., for a Mixed Use
Development to be located on the City-owned property at
Academy and Hilton; and an Amendment to the Special Land Use
Application submitted by the Terra Land Group, L.L.C., for a
Mixed Use Development located on South Hilton at Webster;
and direct the City Clerk to publish appropriate notices, as
submitted by CDS Director.
- Approval to appoint City Assessor to the Brownfield
Redevelopment Authority Board, as submitted by CDS Director.
- Approval to close the City Hall parking lot on Saturday,
June 3, 2006, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and authorize the
use of the City Hall employee kitchen for the Senior
Services Annual Trunk-N-Treasure Sale, as submitted by
Recreation Director.

Approval of the bills, payrolls (as certified by City
Manager) and City Attorney expense statement submitted by
Howard Shifman, P.C., to be paid subject to review by the
Council Finance Committee.
