  1. Approval of the Special Event Application from Early Intervention Center for 5th Annual Autism Awareness Walkathon to be held on Saturday, July 8, 2006, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., throughout Ferndale, as submitted by City Clerk.

  2. Approval of the First Amendment and Restatement of Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Hazel Park for Animal Control Services, effective July 1, 2006; authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to sign Agreement to be filed with the Secretary of State Office, as submitted by City Manager.

  3. Permission for Recreation and Senior Services to conduct 20th Annual Hayes Lemmerz Ferndale Foot Frolic on Sunday, May 21, 2006, on the streets of Ferndale, and authorization for the Department and Department of Public Works to close streets and the Police Chief to provide assistance, as submitted by Recreation Director.

  4. Approval of emergency repair of Pump No. 3 at the Water Pump Station performed by O’Laughlin Construction Co., as submitted by DPW Director.

  5. Approval of temporary authorization for Liquor License for the Triangle Foundation during the Motor City Pridefest, as submitted by Triangle Foundation

F. Approval of the bills, payrolls (as certified by City Manager) and City Attorney expense statements submitted by Howard Shifman, P.C., and Hafeli, Staran, Hallahan, Christ & Dudek, P.C., to be paid subject to review by the Council Finance Committee.
