4. Consent Agenda
   All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the items will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the Regular Agenda.

   1. Approval of the Regular Meeting held December 11, 2006, and the Special Meetings held December 16, 17, and 18, 2006, as submitted by City Clerk.

   2. Approval to purchase police radio and accessories from Comsource, Inc., and radio installation by Cynergy Wireless, as submitted by Police Chief.

   3. Authorization for Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. to provide and install new steam rated-gaskets and inserts for existing dielectric unions at the Kulick Community Center, as submitted by the Recreation Director.

   4. Approval of the bills and payrolls (as certified by City Manager), to be paid subject to review by the Council Finance Committee.
