   All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the items will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the Regular Agenda.

   1. Approval of the Minutes of the Special Meeting held January 22, 2007, and the Regular Meeting held January 22, 2007, as submitted by City Clerk.

   2. Approval of the bid to purchase 10 lengths of five inch hose and 20 lengths of one and three quarter inch hose from Apollo Fire Equipment, as submitted by Fire Chief.

   3. Approval of the changes to the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2007 Budget and to authorize the interim adjustments, as submitted by Assistant City Manager.
