All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the items will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the Regular Agenda.

1. Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held June 25, 2007, as submitted by City Clerk.

2. Approval to use EMPCO to administer promotional testing for Police Sergeant and Lieutenant, as submitted by Police Chief.

3. Approval of salary increase for Non-Union Employees under the jurisdiction of the City Manager, as submitted by City Manager.

4. Approval of the agreement with Liqui-Force to perform emergency sewer repairs, as submitted by DPW Director.

5. Approval of the First Amendment to the 2006 Alley Repairs Contract with Gaglio, Inc., as submitted by DPW Director.

6. Approval to adopt Ordinance No. 1030, to amend Ordinance No. 1004, Zoning Ordinance, to clarify differences between automobile dealerships and other open-air businesses, as submitted by CDS Director.

7. Approval of the Ferndale RetroFest and Woodward Dream Cruise and street and parking lot closures on August 17, 18, and 19, 2007.

8. Approval of Discharge of Lien, as submitted by City Clerk.

9. Approval to permit Conzella Mitchell to erect tents in Geary Park, Saturday, July 14, 2007, as submitted by City Clerk.

10. Approval of the bills, payrolls as certified by City Manager to be paid subject to review by the Council Finance Committee.
