A. Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 28, 2008, as submitted by City Clerk.

B. Approval of reappointment of Kenneth Miller to the Ferndale Arts and Cultural Commission for a term ending December 31, 2008, and to reappoint Robert Babut, Douglas Davis, Ralph Sherman and Stephen Swartz for terms ending December 31, 2009, as submitted by City Clerk.

C. Approval of reappointment of Steven Kuzmanovich to the Civil Service Board for a term ending December 31, 2012, as submitted by City Clerk.

D. Approval of reappointment of Jean Davis to the Police and Fire Board for a term ending May 31, 2008, as submitted by City Clerk.

E. Approval of Second Hand/Junk Dealer Application/License for Blockbuster, Inc., to sell used videos, as submitted by City Clerk.

F. Approval of License for True TV and authorization for the Mayor to sign, as submitted by Police Chief.

G. Approval of the bills, payrolls as certified by City Manager to be paid subject to review by the Council Finance Committee.
