    3. Reappointment of Helen Gienapp to the Ferndale Arts and Cultural Commission for a term ending December 31, 2009, as submitted by City Clerk.
    4. Approval of 8-Wood Motel annual license to operate a motel, as submitted by City Clerk.
    5. Approval of Motorama Motel annual license to operate a motel, as submitted by City Clerk.
    6. Approval of Magic Bag’s annual license to operate a theater, as submitted by City Clerk.
    7. Adoption of Resolution amending Concessionaire License for Charles Green of Diesel Enterprises LLC, d/b/a "C&C Hotdogs and More", as submitted by City Clerk.
    8. Consideration of Sidewalk Café License Agreements for removal of parking meters.
    9. Approval of DWSD Model Water Contract with the City of Detroit, as submitted by City Attorney.
    10. Approval of amendment to the Woodward Tribute memorandum of understanding, as submitted by City Attorney.
    11. Authorization of payment to R & R Fire Truck Repair for a replacement alternator for Engine 4, as submitted by the Fire Chief.
    12. Approval to adopt the Notice of Intent Resolution to issue and sell General Obligation Capital Improvement Bonds for Water System Improvements, DWRF Project No. 7217, as submitted by Finance Director/Assistant City Manager.
    13. Approval of bid award to Wireless Resources for installing emergency equipment on four Police Detective Vehicles, as submitted by DPW Director.
    14. Approval of bid award to American Fence and Supply Co., Inc., to install an automatic sliding entrance gate at the Southwest Storage Yard, as submitted by DPW Director.
    15. Approval of bid award to West Metro Door & Window, Inc., to widen the entrance and replace door at City Yard Garage Building, as submitted by DPW Director.
    16. Approval of the proposal of Luigi Ferdinandi and Son Cement Company, for a three-year contract to perform minor sidewalk and masonry services, as submitted by DPW Director.
    17. Approval of bid award to The Thomas Company to construct an enclosure for a trash compactor in the public alley south of 130 East Nine Mile Road, as submitted by DPW Director.
    18. Approval to refer to the Ordinance Committee an Amendment to Chapter 16, Sec. 16-11 (Snow Emergencies) of the Code of Ordinance regarding the issuing of Municipal Civil Infraction Citations, as submitted by DPW Director.
    19. Approval to permit Ferndale Recreation to use the streets of Ferndale on Sunday, May 18, 2008 for the 22nd Annual Ferndale Foot Frolic; and to coordinate the street closures with the Ferndale Police and DPW, as submitted by Recreation Director.
    20. Approval of the SMART Contract for Specialized Service Operating Assistance Program FY-2008 and authorize the Mayor to sign, as submitted by Director of Senior Services.
    21. Approval of Nutrition Contract with Emerald Food Services and authorization for the Mayor to sign, as submitted by Director of Senior Services.
    22. Approval of purchases to upgrade Cable TV (WFRN) equipment, as submitted by TV Station Coordinator.
