    All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. Public copies of the Consent Agenda may be viewed at the Library.

    1. A. Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held April 28, 2008 and Special Meetings held April 30, 2008 and May 5, 2008, as submitted by City Clerk.

    2. Approval of Ringwald Theatre’s annual license to operate a theater, as submitted by City Clerk.

    3. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the sale of Limited Tax General Obligation (LTGO) Bonds, as submitted by Finance Director/Assistant City Manager.

    4. Approval of proposed Live Scan Agreement between the City and Oakland County, as submitted by Police Chief.

    5. Approval of Outdoor Service Permit for Assaggi Inc. on their Class C Liquor License at 330 W. Nine Mile Road, as submitted by City Clerk.

    6. Approval to replace/purchase Ambulance Stretcher, Large Body Surface attachment and an oxygen tank holder from Southeastern Emergency Products, of Wake Forest, North Carolina, as submitted by Fire Chief.

    7. Approval of re-appointments of DPW Director Byron Photiades as Representative and Robert J. Bruner, Jr., City Manager as Alternate to represent the City of Ferndale on the Board of Trustees of the Southeastern Oakland County Resource Recovery Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008, as submitted by City Manager.

    8. Approval of contract with Alpha Electric for Mast Arm/Traffic Signals Project, as submitted by DPW Director.

    9. Approval of invoice from ABC Paving for street repair, as submitted by DPW Director.

    10. Approval of Agreement for using the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department’s billing meter radio signal and to authorize the City Manager to sign Agreement.

    11. Approval of Assessment of Delinquent Receivables to Summer 2008 Tax Roll, as submitted by Assessor/Treasurer.

    12. Approval of Outdoor Service Permit for G & K Restaurant Enterprises, LLC on their Class C Liquor License at 22914 Woodward, as submitted by City Clerk.

    13. Approval of the bills, payrolls as certified by City Manager to be paid subject to review by the Council Finance Committee.

    4. Consideration to adopt the initiative ordinance petition, Ordinance No. 1047, which repeals the Principal Shopping District by repealing Ordinance Numbers 909 and 1028.
