      1. Consideration of Resolution approving an on-premise, Class C liquor license pursuant to Public Act 501 of 2006, also known as a Redevelopment Liquor License for Rexy’s B.C., Inc. (Norman and Filodia Acho), d/b/a Inyo Restaurant and Lounge, 22871 Woodward Avenue
   3. Go Comedy! Improv Theater, 261 E. Nine Mile Road Class C liquor license pursuant to Public Act 501 of 2006 Liquor License
      1. Consideration of Resolution approving an on-premise, Class C liquor license pursuant to Public Act 501 of 2006, also known as a Redevelopment Liquor License for Go Comedy! 6. CONSENT AGENDA
   All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. Public copies of the Consent Agenda may be viewed at the Library.
   1. Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held May 12, 2008, as submitted by City Clerk.
   2. Approval of Resolution proclaiming June 2008 as Gay Pride Month, as submitted by the Mayor.
   3. Approval of having a Moonwalk structure at Geary Park for the Vaughn Family Cook-Out and Picnic to be held Wednesday, June 21, 2008, contingent upon receipt of proper proof of insurance and the insurance being approved by the City Attorney, as submitted by City Clerk.
   4. Approval of having a Moonwalk structure at Martin Road Park for the Grant Early Childhood Center End of the Year Picnic to be held June 4, 2008, contingent upon receipt of proper proof of insurance at least five days prior to the event and the insurance being approved by the City Attorney, as submitted by City Clerk.
   5. Approval of re-appointment of Carole Ann Morency to the Housing Commission with an expiration date of May 5, 2013, as submitted by City Manager.
   6. Adoption of Resolution indicating Ferndale’s intent to participate in Oakland County’s Community Development Block Grant Program for the next three years, as submitted by CDS Director.
   7. Approval of additional expenditure of $4950.00 to Kitchen Concepts of Ferndale, for kitchen renovations at both fire stations, as submitted by Fire Chief.
   8. Approval to amend the contract with Pro, Inc. Roofing and Sheet Metal to include a white energy-efficient roof covering with the roof replacement at Fire Headquarters, as submitted by Fire Chief.
   9. Approval of the Master Equity Lease Agreement from Enterprise Leasing Company, and authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement, as submitted by Finance Director/Assistant City Manager.
   10. Approval of Contract with GM & Sons, Inc., to replace deteriorated concrete curb and gutter and sections of roadway of Nine Mile Road between Woodward Avenue and Planavon and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the contract, as submitted by DPW Director.
   11. Approval of the bills, payrolls as certified by City Manager to be paid subject to review by the Council Finance Committee.
