FERNDALE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Monday, April 13, 2009

A Special Meeting of the Ferndale City Council was held Monday, April 13, 2009, at City Hall, 300 East Nine Mile Road, Ferndale. Acting Chair Lennon called the meeting to order at 6:24 p.m.

1. Roll Call

Present: Mayor Covey (arrived at 6:47 p.m.), Council Members Baker, Galloway (arrived at 6:32 p.m.), Gumbleton, Lennon.

Absent: None.

2. CALL TO AUDIENCE

There were no members of the audience wishing to speak.

3. INTERVIEWS WITH OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE CANDIDATES.

Plant Moran CRESA

Dave Asker, Plante Moran CRESA, introduced the rest of the project team: Paul Wills, Project Programmer, Alisha Washeleski, Project Manager, and Greg VanKirk, Partner in Charge. The project team presented Plante Moran CRESA’s proposal to provide Owner Representative Services for the City of Ferndale’s municipal buildings construction and renovation project.

CB Richard Ellis

Steve Ross introduced the project team: David Arwady, Managing Director; Eric Stang, Director of Business Transition and Move Management; Richard Uroda, Project Manager; and Kevin Massey, who was not present, Associate Director, Project Manager and the City’s single point of contact. The project team presented CBRE’s proposal to provide Owner Representative Services for the City of Ferndale’s municipal buildings construction and renovation project.

4. Adjournment

There being no objections, Mayor Covey adjourned the meeting at 7:25 p.m.
