will be billed at the City's contractor's rates in
addition to the flat rate of $275 for the first hour of
service. |

| Flat rate of $275 for first
hour of service includes a City Administration fee of
$75, a City Inspection fee of $35, and the City's
contractor charges for clean-up and mowing. |

| * Unpaid Fees
added to the July Tax Bill incur an additional 5%
penalty + 1/2%/month interest |
