Clean Up Fee Schedule
Clean-up of Private Property including debris removal, cutting of grass, weeds, or other noxious vegetation, and disposal of material, for first hour of service.	$275.00/Flat rate*
Additional hour(s) of service will be billed at the City's contractor's rates in addition to the flat rate of $275 for the first hour of service.
Flat rate of $275 for first hour of service includes a City Administration fee of $75, a City Inspection fee of $35, and the City's contractor charges for clean-up and mowing.
* Unpaid Fees added to the July Tax Bill incur an additional 5% penalty + 1/2%/month interest
