Minor Home Repair

The City offers a program to assist low income homeowners with minor repairs. Typical jobs include repairing water heaters, light fixtures, faucets, sewers, porches, handrails, gutters and down spouts and drywall damage. You must meet eligibility requirements and repairs are limited to a maximum of $2000.

Contact the CDS Department at (248) 546-2366 for more information on how you can get involved in this program. Applications are due May 31 for work to be done in the Fall.
