Required Permits

The following work requires a permit:

• roof
• siding
• remodeling
• decks
• steps
• garage
• shed
• pool
• additions
• electrical (click here for fee schedule)
• plumbing - including hot water heaters (click here for fee schedule)
• mechanical - furnace, air conditioning, duct, humidifiers, etc. (click here for fee schedule)
• sidewalk - bond required (click here for fee schedule)
• apron - cement between sidewalk and street - bond required (click here for fee schedule)
