	Hybrid and High-Mileage Car Discount Parking Pass
		Owners of hybrid and high-mileage cars that get over 30mpg can purchase a discount parking pass good at all public parking meters in Downtown Ferndale for $8 for residents and $25 for non-residents per year. All parking passes can be purchased at City Hall, located at 300 E. Nine Mile Rd. Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:30pm. Please make sure to bring your ID and vehicle registration.
