There is no solid waste collection on:

May 28 – Memorial Day
July 4 – Independence Day
September 3 – Labor Day
November 22 – Thanksgiving Day
December 25 - Christmas Day
January 1 - New Year's Day

Trash will be picked up as scheduled on Monday, December 24 and Monday, December 31.

Refuse and Sanitation is responsible for the weekly collection of unlimited household refuse, garbage, yard waste (grass clippings, leaves, flowers, etc.), tree debris (brush, logs, and stumps), bulky items (stoves, refrigerators, washers, etc.), and recyclables (cans, bottles, plastic containers, newspapers, magazines, telephone books, metal and batteries). Weekly collection of up to one cubic yard of refuse per business. Fall collection of leaves raked to curb. Rental of city trucks to homeowners for residential repair and cleanup projects.
